The best way to contact support is to use the Help center that is accessible on the sidebar of your portal. This method will give you fastest response because we automatically send along information to verify your account ownership and other data that helps us diagnose issues faster. To submit a support ticket using the Help center follow these steps:
- Click on Help center in the sidebar.
- Select Contact support.
- Write your message, attach any relevant files, and click Send message.
The other way to receive support is to email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your portal URL when submitting a support request via email.
