What are the differences between the Starter, Professional, Advanced, and Supersonic plans?

Starter plan

  1. Up to 100 clients total and up to 10GB total storage. 
  2. Access to all core functionality including the client management and team collaboration features.
  3. Access to all Copilot Apps: Messaging, Billing, Files, Forms, and the Helpdesk. 
  4. Customizable branding and color scheme.
  5. Credit card processing fees: 3.5% + $0.30

Professional plan

In addition to everything included in the Starter plan:

  1. Up to 2,000 clients total and up to 2TB total storage. 
  2. Access to Partner Apps and Custom Apps.
  3. White-labeling features: Custom web and email domains.
  4. Automations: Access to Copilot API and Zapier triggers.
  5. Credit card processing fees: 3.2% + $0.30

Advanced plan

In addition to everything included in the Professional plan:

  1. Up to 20,500 clients total and up to 20TB total storage. 
  2. HIPAA Compliance with BAA
  3. White-labeling features: The ability to remove the 'Powered by Copilot' badge.
  4. Onboarding assistance and priority support.
  5. Credit card processing fees: 3.1% + $0.30

Supersonic

In addition to everything included in the Advanced plan:

  1. Higher client and storage limits. 
  2. Dedicated customer success manager.
  3. Distribute internal users across multiple portals.
  4. Up to 500% higher API call limits.
  5. Lowest payment processing fees.
