Notification settings are available for internal users only, and can be accessed in Settings > Notifications.
Under Assignment preference, you can choose to notified if your are the lead or assignee of a client, or only if you are a lead.
Here you can enable or disable product notifications. Product notifications are the indicators that appear next to a Copilot App in the sidebar.
Here you can choose when you are notified by email.
- Always: You will always receive email notifications for events for which email notifications are enabled.
- When app is not active: You will only receive email notifications for events for which email notifications are enabled when you are not actively logged in to your portal.
- Never: Never receive email notifications. This setting will override any events for which email notifications are enabled.
Notify me about
Listed here are all events for which notifications are available. Some events do not have product notifications. You can enable or disable notifications for each event. If email is enabled, the setting for when you are notified by email will apply.
