To switch between portals, click the button at the top of your sidebar where your company name and logo are displayed. A pop-up menu will appear with various options depending on your current configuration.
1. If you are already logged in to multiple portals:
You will see the name and logo of each additional portal at the top of the pop-up menu. Select a portal to switch accounts.
2. If you have multiple portals but are not logged in to your other portal(s):
Select Sign in to another portal. Sign in using your credentials and you will be take to the portal associated with those credentials. You can switch to another portal by clicking the button at the top of your sidebar where your company name and logo are displayed.
3. If you only have one portal but want to sign up and add another:
Select Create a new portal. You will be taken to the onboarding flow to create a new portal. Once your new portal has been created, you'll be taken to the new portal. From there you can switch between portals as described above.
4. What if I have multiple portals, but I am logged out of all of them and want to sign in?
Go to dashboard.copilot.com and sign in with credentials to one of your portals. You'll be taken to a page prompting you to select which portal you wish to open. Then, switch between portals as described above.
