How do I automate creating clients in Copilot when new events are scheduled in Calendly?

To automate client creation in Copilot whenever events are scheduled in Calendly, you can use this Zap template here.

The setup with the template should be pretty straightforward, but there is a default setting in Calendly that needs to be changed on your event for this Zap to work.

You'll need to go to your Calendly event settings and change the default Invitee Question for Name to First Name, Last Name. This will allow Calendly to separate the first and last name of the invitee to be pulled into the Copilot Zapier step.
