What are the differences between the Standard, Professional, and Enterprise plans?

Standard plan

  1. Up to 250 clients total.
  2. Up to 10GB total storage. 
  3. Access to all core functionality including the client management and team collaboration features.
  4. Access to all Portal Modules: Messaging, Billing, Files, Forms, and the Knowledge Base. 

Professional plan

In addition to everything included in the Standard plan:

  1. Up to 2,500 clients total.
  2. Up to 1TB total storage. 
  3. Access to Extension Modules. 
  4. White-labeling features: Custom domains, a custom email domain for email notifications, and the ability to remove the 'Powered by Portal' badge.

Enterprise plan

In addition to everything included in the Professional plan:

  1. Higher client limits.
  2. Higher storage limits. 
  3. Dedicated customer success manager.
  4. Access to build services where our engineering team builds and maintains custom features for you.
