In order to use the Billing module for invoicing and subscriptions you have to connect your bank or Stripe account. This lets us know where to send money when your clients make payments. The payment processing fees are the same, regardless of which option you choose.
Select Express if you don’t have a Stripe account yet and don't want to manage one. We recommended this option to minimize how many accounts you have to manage.
Select Standard if you already have a Stripe account that you want to connect.
Note: Even if you select this option, you will not see invoices or customers in your Stripe account. You will only see payouts in your Stripe account. You can learn more about this here.
