How do I let leads or clients create accounts in a self-serve way?

To let clients self-serve sign up, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Settings > General page and make sure Allow client user direct sign up is enabled.
  2. Copy the direct sign up link shown in the settings menu above. Then add a button on your marketing website that links to this URL. If you plan to add a custom domain, do that first as this URL will change.
  3. To give clients a streamlined onboarding flow, do the following:
    1. Go to Settings > Messaging and customize the welcome message clients receive when they first sign in.
    2. Set up any automations using Zapier if clients always need to complete the same tasks after sign up.
