This method will give you fastest response because we automatically send along information to verify your account ownership and other data that helps us diagnose issues faster. To submit a support ticket using the Help center follow these steps:
- Click on Help center in the sidebar.
- Select Contact support.
- Write your message, attach any relevant files, and click Send message.
The other way to receive support is to email email@example.com. Please include your portal URL when submitting a support request via email.
