If you have the Messages App enabled, the first time a client user logs in they will be greeted by a welcome message.
You can customize the welcome message on the Messaging Settings page.
To create or edit your welcome message, go to App Setup, click the ellipsis to the right of the Messages App, and select Edit:
This will open your Messages settings page, where you can edit your welcome message:
